Baseline™ Adapter Framework

The Baseline Adapter Framework takes place in the loose coupling of systems and applications in the framework of an integration platform. The Adapter Framework hereby serves as a robust runtime environment to effectively provide application specific functionality using our Baseline Adapter technology. An optimal narrow core design allows a highly flexible approach and a low-cost operating. Thereby, many adaptors especially for different demands can be operated on the same framework.
The Baseline Adapter Framework is the answer to the question of system connection to an integration platform in a simple, solid and realistic way - as all our Baseline solutions and concepts.

The framework provides:

• extremely high flexibility and adaptability using text besed configuration (*.config - files)
• loading and initialising of the adaptors by the use of a custom class loader (AdapterClassLoader)
• JMS initialising
• scheduler set up for out bound adaptors
• transaction mechanisms and transaction security
• message routing, e.g. by contract id to the right target adapter
• enlarged error handling and logging
